A One Home Care, Inc., is an elite provider for CCSP. The Community Care Services Program is a Medicaid home and community-based waiver services program that provides community-based services to eligible consumers as an alternative to placement in a nursing home.
Eligible consumers will receive Medicaid-funded care giver CCSP services. On approval, you have the choice of a professional care giver or family member provide care to you and get paid.
