What is Structured Family Caregiving?
SFC offers financial and support services to Georgia Medicaid families. As a SFC caregiver, you will:
- Receive financial compensation: The SFC Medicaid program will pay you for the care you provide, helping offset the caregiving costs.
- Gain professional training: Our registered nurses (RNs) will provide free training to enhance your caregiving skills. This expertise will help you provide better care for your loved one and increase your confidence.
- Access support services: We offer additional support services to help you navigate the challenges of caregiving.
